Please tell us. What helps: the name of the product, which ingredients the app read, and what you expected instead. You do not need to send a photo.

What does GlowMate do?
It reads the ingredient list on a product label and compares it with the answers you gave — your skin type, your concerns, your sensitivities. It also flags a few known ingredient conflicts between the products in your routine.
Is this medical advice?
No. GlowMate is not a doctor, does not diagnose anything, and does not replace a dermatologist. If something on your skin worries you, is changing, is not healing, or is painful, see a doctor.
What happens to my photos?
The details are in the Privacy Policy. In short: a photo sent for analysis is not stored, and the progress photos you keep in the app never leave your phone.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings → “Delete all my data”. It removes your profile, your scan history, your routine and every stored photo. There is no account system, so you do not need to write to us for this.
Who can use it?
GlowMate is for people aged 18 and over.
GlowMate is being prepared for release. The app is not on the App Store yet.
